**Job Description:**

Now Signage is seeking a highly motivated and technically adept individual to join our team as a Pre-Sales Technical Executive. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our sales process, working closely with the sales team and clients to understand their technical requirements, provide demonstrations, and offer technical solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation, ultimately contributing to the success of Now Signage and our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Technical Consultation:**
   - Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.
   - Conduct in-depth technical discussions with clients to identify requirements and propose suitable solutions.
   - Provide expert guidance on the technical aspects of Now Signage products and services.

2. **Product Demonstrations:**
   - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and capabilities of Now Signage solutions.
   - Tailor demonstrations to align with the specific needs and use cases of potential clients.
   - Address technical queries and concerns raised by clients during demonstrations.

3. **Solution Design:**
   - Work closely with the product development and technical teams to design custom solutions that meet client requirements.
   - Provide input on product improvements based on client feedback and market trends.

4. **Proposal Development:**
   - Assist the sales team in preparing comprehensive and technically sound proposals for clients.
   - Ensure proposals align with the client's technical specifications and business objectives.

5. **Client Relationship Building:**
   - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and responsiveness.
   - Collaborate with the sales team to address client concerns and ensure client satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

1. **Educational Background:**
   - Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.

2. **Experience:**
   - Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role.
   - Familiarity with digital signage solutions and technologies is a plus.

3. **Technical Skills:**
   - Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively.
   - Proficiency in presenting technical information and conducting product demonstrations.

4. **Communication Skills:**
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
   - Ability to translate technical information into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

5. **Team Player:**
   - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support.
